Summer is finally here
and that means fun, sun,
and.... GOLF!! The
Defiance Area Chamber of
Commerce Golf Outing is
a great way to connect
with area business
owners while enjoying a
friendly game of golf.
This year, the outing
will be held at the
charming Auglaize Golf
Club on Monday, July 13,
2009. The cost of the
outing is $75/player.
This price includes
golf, cart, lunch,
prizes, and dinner.
Registration starts at
11:45 AM, shotgun
tee-off is at 1:00 PM.

Stay in town this holiday
weekend and join us at the Fort
Street Fest, Friday July 3,
2009! Located in the parking
lot of the McDonald Building
(corner of Fort Street and
Clinton Street), the event will
go from noon to 9:30 PM. A
cornhole tournament will
kick-off the fun at noon. Music
will be provided by Strawberry
Hill from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. Food
and beverages will be available
all day! On Saturday, don't
forget the Hospice Car Show at
9:00 AM and the Volunteer
Connection's Mighty Maumee Duck
Race at 2:00 PM.
